To my love… Merry Christmas

Christmas Joys

Evergreen boughs that fill our homes
With fragrant Christmas scents,
Hearts filled with the loving glow
That Christmas represents;

Christmas cookies, turkeys stuffed,
Festive holly berry,
Little faces bright with joy,
Loved ones being merry;

Parties, songs, beribboned gifts,
Silver bells that tinkle,
Christmas trees and ornaments,
Colorful lights that twinkle;

Relatives waiting with open arms
To smile and hug and kiss us;
These are some of the special joys
That come along with Christmas.

The Nicest Present

Under the tree the gifts enthrall,
But the nicest present of them all
Is filling our thoughts with those who care,
Wanting our Christmas joy to share.

To you, whom we’re often thinking of,
We send our holiday joy and love.

What Do We Love About Christmas?

What do we love about Christmas;
Does our delight reside in things?
Or are the feelings in our hearts
The real gift that Christmas brings.

It's seeing those we love,
And sending Christmas cards, too,
Appreciating people who bring us joy
Special people just like you.

Cute things to say on Christmas

Sweetheart, the best gift I could have ever received was
being married to you. I don't need anything else but you
when I wake up and you when I go to sleep. I love you
and I'm simply glad to be with you during this holiday.
Merry Christmas, baby!

May you experience the peace that passes all understanding, the joy that
no human can take away, the love that only God can show you, and the
assurance that you're at the right place at the right time.
Merry Christmas.

I know it's been a rough year but we've made it through.
Thank you for putting up with me and for helping me all year long.
Let's celebrate. Merry Christmas to a great person and friend.

Merry Christmas. Can I get a ride in your new car?

Here's to health, happiness, hope, and hugs.
Let's do it again next year. Merry Christmas.

No school, no work, what do you think this is…
Christmas? Oh wait, it is. Merry Christmas!

I may not always say it but hopefully you see it…
I love you. No tree, no gift, no dinner, no holiday,
no other thing or person… can ever replace your
value in my life. You are a gift to me.
Merry Christmas.

If you like this card I have another one just like it.
You can have it in exchange for one of your gifts.
Merry Christmas!

I asked the angels to cover you and protect you today.
I asked God to get you something you'd really enjoy today.
I hope everything I asked for is on time.
Merry Christmas.

On this special day I hope you slept late, ate good,
and got everything you wanted. If not, there's always New Years Day.
Merry Christmas!

Love poem on Christmas

Christmas is a special day
Along with the day we met
You my dear sweetheart
I will never forget

I wanted to find a card that said it all
A special one just for you
Because you mean so much to me
Nothing else but the best would do

To me you're so very special
In so many different ways
I'm wishing you a Merry Christmas
Followed by a year of happy days

Poems to send on Christmas

Somehow, not only for Christmas,
But all the long year through,
The joy that you give to others,
Is the joy that comes back to you.
And the more you spend in blessing,
The poor and lonely and sad,
The more of your heart's possessing,
Returns to you glad. – John Greenleaf Whittier

Wouldn't life be worth the living
Wouldn't dreams be coming true
If we kept the Christmas spirit
All the whole year through?

Roses are reddish
Violets are bluish
If it weren't for Christmas
We'd all be Jewish. – Benny Hill

I love the Christmas-tide, and yet,
I notice this, each year I live;
I always like the gifts I get,
But how I love the gifts I give! – Carolyn Wells

He who has not Christmas in his heart will
never find it under a tree. - Roy L. Smith

A Christmas candle is a lovely thing;
It makes no noise at all,
But softly gives itself away;
While quite unselfish, it grows small. – Eva K. Logue

A Christmas gambol oft could cheer
The poor man's heart through half the year. – Walter Scott

At Christmas play and make good cheer,
For Christmas comes but once a year – Thomas Tusser

Bless us Lord, this Christmas, with quietness of mind;
Teach us to be patient and always to be kind. – Helen Steiner Rice
